Instilling Traditional Martial Arts Values through Modern Martial Arts techniques.
We’re building our future leaders into strong & resilient problem solvers.
At Surge MMA, our kids programs are about more than punches and kicks.
We help children build confidence, focus, discipline, resilience, and respect – while having fun, staying active, and being part of a positive community. Our programs are age-appropriate, structured, and designed to grow with your child as they develop physically, emotionally, and mentally.
Whether your child is shy, energetic, athletic, or unsure – we meet them where they’re at.

Confidence Starts Early. Foundations That Last
Our youngest programs focus on movement, listening skills, coordination, and confidence in a fun, engaging environment. Classes use games, obstacle courses, and basic martial arts movements to help children develop body awareness and social skills – all while learning to follow instructions and work as part of a group.
No pressure. Minimal intensity. Just positive structure and encouragement.
Focus areas include:
- Balance, coordination, and motor skills
- Listening and following directions
- Confidence and social interaction
- Respect and classroom structure
Perfect for first-time activities and building a love for movement.
